Photograph Usage Rights and Terms and Conditions

The following terms apply where you submit a photo to Watfields Limited (trading as PCD Parts) for use as user-generated content on our website www.pcdparts.co.uk, social media channels or any other media where we see fit. This means that the image will be publicly visible and may be downloaded by people who do not respect copyright. We cannot guarantee that your images will be used.

1. Ownership

You will retain ownership of the copyright in any photo that you submit to us, so you are free to re-use it as you wish.

2. Licence

You grant Watfields Limited (trading as PCD Parts) a right (but not an obligation) unlimited in time to publish, re-use, archive, modify, delete or commercially exploit your photo in whole or inpart as we see fit, whether on pcdparts.co.uk or otherwise, without any requirement to pay you for this and with or without attribution to you. This means that you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free licence to use any photo you submit to us in whole or in part in any manner and for any purpose whatsoever and without further obligation to you.

You also waive any moral rights that you may have regarding the photo.

3. Attribution

Should you wish to be credited, please contact us upon submission of your photographs, providing your name in the way you would like it to appear (full name, first name and initial of surname, social media username etc).

4. Copyright Infringement

By submitting any photo, you confirm that the photo is your original work and does not infringe the copyright or other rights of any third party. You also confirm that the photo is not threatening, offensive, libellous, indecent or otherwise unlawful.

5. Changes to these Terms and Conditions

Any changes we may make to these terms and conditions in the future will be posted on this page and notified by an alert on our website for 30 days following the update.
