How long will my refund take?

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you once we have issued a refund. A credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment.

Credit/Debit Card: VISA/Mastercard refunds can take 5-7 working days, however this depends on your bank and card issuer’s policies.
PayPal: usually instant, or up to 5 working days. If PayPal process the refund by e-cheque, this could take longer.

If your return is rejected, or we can only offer a partial refund, we will contact you to discuss this.
