Need to return an item?

We’re sorry to hear that you’re not 100% satisfied with our product. Information regarding returns, return exceptions and refunds can be found here.

To be eligible for a return, items MUST be unused and in the same condition that you received it, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must notify us of your wish to return your item within 14 days of your purchase and return the item within 28 days of purchase.

If you have received the incorrect item or the item is damaged or defective, please contact us before completing the returns form.

You, as the buyer, are responsible for any return postage (unless otherwise agreed). We recommend using a tracked delivery service.

Start Your Return

Please register your return by using our form below and following our simple returns process.

    Complete our returns form

    Completing our returns form allows us to monitor the progress of your return and identify your order when it arrives with us. This form is required for all returns.

    Package your parts

    Please re-package your return well, keeping any bolts separate to aluminium parts. Where possible, please print and place your completed returns form in the box.

  3. 3

    Ship your return

    Attach your label and ship your parts back to us. We recommend using a tracked and insured service.

  4. 4

    Your refund

    Once your return has been delivered to us, please allow 1-2 working days for us to inspect the parts. We will notify you when your refund has been processed. Refunds usually take around 5-7 working days depending on your payment provider.
